- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please ensure that you provide accurate information when booking your appointment to avoid any scheduling issues.
- Punctuality: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
- Age Policy: Please note that we do not provide services to children under 7 years old. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of all clients and the ability to provide quality service within a manageable timeframe.
- Additionally: The hair must be at least 4 inches long to receive the service.”
Payment and Refund Policy
- Payment: Full payment is required upon the completion of your service. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and cash.
- Cancellations: We understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: At Eliana Braids, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address any concerns on the spot.
- Deposit: At Eliana Braids, deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
